Abstract

This course conclusion paper presents an analysis of how the machinery of Law reinforces the presence of abnormal subjects in society through power relations and normalization mechanisms within a framework of sexual and gender orientation, notably, from a legal sociological perspective. The general objective of the research is to analyze how the legal system reinforces the existence of such subjects, identifying who are the so-called abnormal subjects, investigate how the materialization of these abnormalities occurs and study the configuration of the law in order to expose how it is performed discrimination against certain individuals. So that this work has the intention of answering to what extent the legal environment reproduces abnormal subjects in a frame of sexual orientation and gender. Thus, this paper intends to answer how the legal environment reproduces abnormal subjects when it concerns cuttings of sexual orientation and gender.This is a bibliographical research that makes use of the inductive method, providing the data that are the main foundation of the conclusion itself, through bibliographic documentary research based on indoctrinators and scientific research. As a result, an elucidation was obtained on how the law, as a source of knowledge, can be segregating and hostile, as well as an elucidation on the necessity of a social worry and conduction in the sense of opposing the impositions on bodies and pleasures.
